I Am Rainbow mini, a sweatshirt where the only limit is your imagination. Choose from 50 variations with pockets and 20 versions without.
I can be created in two different lengths: classic or above the knee; I have three pockets to choose from: kangaroo, welt or in-seam. Make me with or without a zip. At the neckline, choose either a classic or overlapping hood or neckband, or a ribbed collar. I can be finished with or without ribbing.
Paper pattern:
All seam allowances are included in the pattern.
The different pieces overlap with each other so you will need to trace the pattern on paper. If you prefer a ready-to-cut pattern, try the pdf version as pieces do not overlap with each other.
The pattern is enclosed in an envelope. It contains the sewing pattern along with a step-by-step illustrated explanation guide.
The size ranges from 3 to 14 years old. See sizing guide below.
VERSIONS
This pattern gives you the possibility of making 50 different versions (and 20 more versions without pockets). The different features of this garment are:
2 styles: zipped hoodie or pullover sweatshirt
2 cuff and bottom finishes: with ribbing or hemmed
2 lengths: classic and above-knee
3 types of pockets: kangaroo, welt or inseam
4 neckline finishes: classic hood, overlapping hood, neckband and ribbed collar
You can then choose the sweatshirt you want to make by combining the different features together.
For the pullover sweatshirt with zebras, @bkcreas chose version G1 (without pockets).
